It looks like that area is about 1-1.5 acres in size, and is all wetland/slough area anyway, not ideal for grazing. The rest of the parcel is zoned agricultural, which does not have any restrictions on grazing. There is no limit on the number or types of animals as long as there is enough vegetation where the site doesn't become a feedlot. If they want to have a small feedlot area for winter or in case the grass gets too short, that can be done if located correctly and worked out with me ahead of time.
